Microsoft Visual Studio is installed not including C++. Is it the cause why some files are missing?
Aldrin Almia:Microsoft Visual C compiler is required to compile MicroStation SDK examples. If it was not installed as the part of MS Visual Studio 2005 installation, the compilation will not work. So at first, ensure Microsoft Visual Studio contains all parts related to C/C++ development.
