Upon debugging the problem raised by element id 122532 the Tag element is missing a required 2nd dependency linkage to identify the owning TagSet (dependency_appid.h:60: ... DEPENDENCYAPPID_TagSetDef). Each tag element requires (2) dependency linkages (DEPENDENCYAPPID_MicroStation and DEPENDENCYAPPID_TagSetDef). You can confirm this when comparing a good and bad tag element (e.g. 122531 and 122532) in the MicroStation "analyze element" tool. The next course of action should be to review the history of this element more closely (last modified: 10/31/2012 05:27:33) and identify any contributing factors that got us into this state. I will direct email you with some additional questions to identify any suspect workflows, application(s), or conditions and update this thread if appropriate.
