Robert Hook (Bentley):
The Luxology History files by default are created under $(_USTN_OUT)/Luxology History/. This setting can be modified in the Luxology Settings dialog, bottom toolbar 4th icon (Alt+H), or MS_LUXOLOGY_HISTORY.
Image previews and movie images are stored in the Bentley Luxology BIMG image file format; in a naming convention similar to: 3F488A22-7F2B-4510-AF9D-B888958BD340.bimg. These history files are not of any use for creating images in a specific output format outside of MicroStation. Hi Bob,
Thank you for your help.
As far as I understood, I know the directory where temporary files are saved but can't save content as jpeg using API. It would be better to have luxology API because when you want to save rendered image using MDL in luxology dialog you have to re-render the scene.
There is an MDL application called LXOEXPORT and has a Key-in export. When I key-in export (LXOEXPORT is selected in key-in) it says insufficient arguments. When I key-in export luxology it tries to export lxo file. When I try key-in "export c:\1.jpg" it says unknown key-in or command.
Is there a key-in that can be used to save rendered image from Luxology Dialog?
