I did not understand which files exactly do you need and where can I find them? 

Search for files named as "exception.log" inside C:\Users folder and it may look like this;

C:\Users\computername\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\MicroStation\8.11\o_Dof88niaENmS1PChQ4Mg\ExceptionHistory

Inside exception logs, you will see every detail about the latest steps. Search for "mdl call stack" text in it and you will see the reason of the problem function.

I lived similar problems when porting our applications to MicroStation v8i SS3. This post may help you too.
